Parties!

Saturday

A normal day! It was the first day me and my roomate wash clothes! :O NOOOO!!! I had plenty of clean clothes, don't think we were dirty for the last weeks :D. As it was the first time, we got a NEW PROBLEM in the appartment! YES! A broken pipe! You see the water that cames from the washing machine goes through this pipe to the bathroom BUT IT'S BROKEN so we had the floor of the bathroom full of water.

At the evening, we went to this free barbacue! It was a cool idea, having dinner for free! Don't need to wash the dishes after! heheheh! The people there were very friendly! I had a good time there with some new persons I've only met then (italian, spanish, german...).

After that we went to a party (a birthday party from someone I really don't know). I was looking forward to this kind of parties to meet people from all over the world. I met more italian and spanish people as well as from Czech Republic, Polland, Germany and from PORTUGAL and BRAZIL!!!

(The birthday party was from the girl on the right)

Sunday

Woke up late, done some laundry... and some assignments (it is not only parties!!!).

Well, at the end of the afternoon, I joined some friends from here and played a little bit of basketball.

Afterwards, I took a bath, had dinner and went to a relaxed evening in a Slovakian girl's house Had some beers, talked about music and so on... When i noticed the time it was 3 am and i had this appointment at 10 am... So I went home!

Monday

I woke up at 9:50am to be at the appointment at 10am but i reached there in time! Made some laundry already and now i'm going to have lunch. Afterwards I have to do some assignments.

That's all! Bye!!!

Resumo em Português
---------------------------

Pizza Time!!!

Friday

It was a normal day! Woke up, had bath, had some cereals and a cup of orange juice and finally went to university! Lunched at home! Corrected one assignment we delivered this week and then...

... Pavel had this great idea! "How about making some pizza for dinner!?"

The only problem we had was that the oven in the kitchen is missing (rental agency stupid ideas). But a friend of his came here on thursday and brought with him some stuff for Pavel. Among them was this strange device I've never seen before:

So this device is suppose to be like a small oven! So our problem was over!!!

Well not quite! Needed to make the pasta for it. Few moments later Pavel had this great ball of pasta made!!!

We let it rest for a while and then we started making the pizza!!!

(Looking good hein?!)

So when the first was ready we started eating them! The pizzas were GREAT! And now i really like that strange device!

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!! WE HAVE A OVEN NOW!!!

After having 4 pizzas we were full! So we left the last one for today. This procedure started at 8pm 'till 12pm! heheh :D

Today I don't know what I'll be doing... but I have some assignments to do and I have to wash my clothes. (I haven't washed any till now)

Have a Bike!

Monday

This was a good day! No more walking to university or city centrum... I bought a BIKE! Finally! The day before, Jose, a spanish guy that is living with Diogo (portuguese guy that came with me to the Erasmus Program), said that there was an old man that sold 2nd hand things (including bikes) and that he has bought his from there!

So I and Diogo went to this old man antiques shop!

The old man spoke english very well and after seeing his shop we came out of there with two bikes for 100€ (they were in good shape).

Well some parts were missing from my bike, like the front lamp and chain to lock it, so, in the afternoon we went to buy these parts.

When we were shopping we met a very nice woman that spoke portuguese, although she was american. She is married to a brazilian man and so we started talking... At the end we helped her carrying same things to her home and met her son... OH! she thank us by giving some homemade cookies!!! They were GREAT!

Tuesday

Was a normal school day, morning and afternoon. Me and Diogo had an assignment to deliver so the rest of the day was for that!

First time I ate in the university! It was pretty nice since we found a place that they didn't fried everything!

Wednesday

It started with a lesson of enterprise ontology in the morning!

After that went to home and have lunch! At the afternoon we went to the university to collect our StudentenBox (it is a kind of marketing to some products) and it add pretty good stuff. (see this for more info)

(It also had condoms LOL)

Well I came back to home and had to fix my bike and put the lights and everything. It kind take me a while so I was late for the dinner with my group (the exchange students are divided into groups and have mentors to guide them). When I and Diogo arrived the place there was NO FOOD! so we kinda had to wait. So we played chess (there were missing pieces as you see in the next photos).

(the guy in the from is my mentor code name "MAD" heheh :P)

After that there was this festival in the Centrum and we just walked and see some strange stuff...

A device that made people fall from 55m (only screams)...

... to one other that get people spinning at a crazy rate!

(as you can see on the last one there are stoned people riding this stuff.
NOTE: IT'S A GIRL DIOGO!)

After that we were planning to go to this normal wednesday exchange students party at the "de Ruif" but it was boring as you can see in the next picture.

Thursday

A normal day! Wake up late and go to the supermarket! After lunch I went to the university to discuss the assignment we delivered on tuesday!

Afterwards I infiltrated on Diogo's mentor meeting and we had a good time!

Now I was hoping i could see Napoli-Benfica on the internet but...
